We configured the E-mail Router for our gmail account with the use of POP3. Now encounter the problem that for some users it is possibile to sent e-mails from CRM and retrieve replies back in CRM. However for some users it isn't possibile to receive does e-mail back into CRM.
When I took a look in the log (after switching loglevel to 3 in Microsoft.Crm.Tools.EmailAgent.xml) I saw that all pop accounts could be accessed. For the users where the replies don't get back into CRM it says there is no new e-mail to be handled. Has anyone an idea what could cause this.
