Tracking CRM Users

Hi,

Does anyone know of a way to track CRM 2016 Online user activity? Simple things like last login time or what records they created or modified?

I don't want to use advanced finds or reports because I will have to run it for each users.

I don't want to create a custom report or use code.

Any 3rd party tools, o365 tools, other ideas?
