Settings menu names are labeled 'unknown123' etc - Need assistance changing them to something meaningful

I'm not sure how to even describe this, but I have attached a screen shot and will do my best....

When clicking 'Settings' in CRM, the drop down menu labels display as 'unknown123', 'unknown136' etc...

I need to change these to something meaningful.

Where / How can these menu labels be changed within CRM?

Dynamics CRM 2011 on premise.
