CRM 4.0 Email entity doesn't contain cc,to,bcc fields

Hi ,

We are currently migrating the data from crm 4.0 on-premise to crm online 2016 with a datamigration tool. The email table in crm 4.0 on-premise doesn't contain cc,to,bcc fields but when we download the fetchxml it contains these fields. We have a complex joins scenario where we require only sql query to migrate the email records however these fields are not included in the email table.We do have access to the CRM 4.0 on-premise database but couldn't find where these fields are existing.

Any help on this is appreciated.
