Hi Everyone,
I'm having some issues getting CRM Email router installed. I'm attempting to install and eventually hook it up to online365 exchange server. The hardware is a Win7 Home Edition - all other specs are verified for hw/sw compatibility. The issue is when the set up runs, it gets past the update and EULA verification... but after I verify the setup window closes and the install abruptly halts.
Looking at the event viewer, I have an event ID of 17204 with the following:
____
The description for Event ID 17204 from source MSCRMTracing cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.
The following information was included with the event:

... Does anyone have any ideas? I've tried to install silently, I've uninstalled outlook CRM connector and rebooted several times. In short - I'm stuck and could use some insight from the pros.
thanks in advance.
