Unable to enable CRM for phone option for Address Entity in CRM 2016 online?

Hi,

i unable to view my address entity in my account entity, when i go to enable it mobile option then it is locked and i unable to enable this option.Shown in below pic.The arrow indicated options are locked, please let me know how to unlock this.
