Customize a multiple line Text field with auto expand and without scrollbar

I have a CRM 2011 on premise and I would like to create a custom field with multiple line text without the scrollbar enable, to have all contain always visible for users.

Example: If you use Description field in lead form when their is to many text, the scrollBar will be enable and when you print the form all contain will not be visible.

Anybody know how to customize a field with auto expand to have all text visible when printing the form?
