VOC stopped pulling survey responses / do not create clone

Voice of Customer stopped pulling the survey responses into CRM when a survey is submitted. Also when I open a survey, and hit Clone, the copy of the survey are not made. 

Please help, since we pgraded a customer to 2016 SP1, and our old survey adding do not run on 2016 SP1 (PowerSurvey*), and need a fix for this fast.

Environment:

CRM 2016 Online SP1 (just upgraded this weekend). VOC installed yesterday, and worked fine until 21:32, where the VOC log (under settings) didn't have anymore records:

* I know I could upgrade to PowerSurveyPlus, but would like to switch to VOC; even though PowerSurvey has been a fantastic engine the last 4 years.
