Dynamics CRM Outlook - Can't convert mail to Opportunity

Hello,

I'm trying to convert an email to an opportunity in Outlook but when I click on convert button, nothing happened...

I already set regarding object.

I can convert the mail to opportunity if I click on "open in CRM" and convert from there.

I need some help. Thank you :).
