We have our CRM set up so that you can select a product that the potential client is interested in for Leads and Opportunities. I have several open opportunities that I would like to change the product for, but the only way that I can do this (as far as I know) is to reopen the qualify stage, or the lead, and change it there. I really do not want to have to reopen leads...any advice?
