Certification and learning materials on Dynamics CRM 2016

hi all,

I have been trying for a quite  while to find out Microsoft study materials for CRM 2016, also the certification materials. Do I need to have a partner-source/customer source account for the same? Being a Dynamics CRM technical consultant how can I get those account access and materials?

Can someone please throw some light on that?
