Hi all, I have to stop the creation of appointment, if the start date is prior to current time. Though this can be achieved in JS, i need to validate the Appointment creation by any means.
I have written a Plugin on pre-operation of Book and Create messages for appointment, and when the user tries to create a appointment with invalid start date, the plugin throws an InvalidPluginExectuion Exception and the message is displayed in CRM UI. However, the user is presented with another window, where the User has an option to Ignore & Save the record.
Is there a way to stop the Appointment creation from plugin? Any suggestions please. TIA!!!
