I recently upgraded to Windows 8.1 and can no longer get my CRM for Outlook to connect. It gives me the error message that it cannot connect because it cannot authenticate my credentials. I have gone through the trouble shooting wizard but still no luck (the only thing that was odd during the wizard is that on 8.1 it seems that I cannot install Windows Live Essentials 2011... the MSI never loads an interface).
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is anyone else running 8.1 and the CRM for Outlook client?
