Call Report View including Account & Opportunity records

Hi- I'm trying to create a single view listing all the call reports created for a particular account.  The trick is that Call Reports can be created off of an Account or off of an Opportunity that was created on that Account.  When I create a view in Advanced Find that tries to include both, I get no returns.  When I create two separate views, one via Opportunity/Account (Account) and another via Opportunity/Account (Opportunity), I can get everything, but, as I said, I'd prefer to have both in a single view.  Is there any way to perform this?

This view gives me the returns of all Call Reports created off the Account:
