Usually, when a record is tracked into crm by clicking track button in outlook. It will show a progress bar that indicated the record is being tracked into crm. Then the mail logo is changed.
But I got problem on our client. After track button is clicked. The "track" button is changed to "untrack" button. But the record actually didn't tracked to crm. I found that when I click another record then back to the record previously I tracked. The untrack button back to track again.
I don't know what wrong with this. Have you ever faced a problem like this ?
