Business process flow with related records

Hello,

Wondering if I can get some advice on use of business process flow for a multi related record scenario.

The general idea is having a product assembly in steps.

Let say I have a deliverable for Widget. That widget has 4 parts. Each part requires assembly by a different person.

I created a ProductBuild entity and a AssemblyParts entity.  My product is my widget and I have 4 parts records.

Can I create a business process flow for the product that shows assembly in workflow steps 1-4, with step details showing related record information and status ?  Just wondering if this is even possible.

I found information on using related record but not sure multiple of the same is possible.
