Fetch XMl to retrieve Orders containing Order Products which are not modified from Last 30 days

Hi,

I using CRM 2016 online application.

Need to create Fetch XMl to retrieve Orders containing Order Products which are not modified from Last 30 days but this Fetch should not retrive records if any new Order Product is created in Lat 30days.For example if there is any Order Product A asscoiated with Order which has not been modified from last 40 days than the fetch should retrieve the Order Record but if any new OrderProduct has been added last week than the Fetch should not retrieve this Order record

Can anyone guide how to create this FetchXML query?
