CRM 2011 email router - incoming profile error

Hi,

Emailrouter is installed and used for outgoing mail. Now I want to use it for incoming as well.

Created queue in CRM with email address, provided username/password. Created incoming profile and linked it to the queue.
So far so good, but when I test te profile I get an error that I don't understand. Is it CRM or exchange...???....

The error sounds like (translated from dutch :-(  ): Can't find the given object in the archive. Check if the provided reference has receive privileges for the given mailbox.

If I use the same credentials to open webmail it all works fine. Can receive and send mail. Mailbox contains 1 message so is not full.

HELP!!
