Azure CRM and ellucion

Hi Guys,

We have CRM 2016 on premise and it's managed by Ellucion . I was trying to register my app through Azure "to consume CRM webservice" but we couldn't find the CRM in the applications list in Azure .

What do you think and in this case do we need ask Ellucion to register the CRM in Azure?
