set time value on Date-time field in CRM 2011

Hi,

Am looking to get only time value on 'Date Time' feild in MS CRM 2011 - on premise.

My actual requirement is: I have a date time feild - which is mandatory feild, when my user selects date there - the time is by default set to 12: 00Am. Which my users are not comfartable with. So is it possible to acheive either of the below:

1. Set the time value, let say by 11:00Am - such that user when selects the date, the time remains as-is & but can be changed manually.

2. (OR) when my user selects the date, then instead of by default time 12:00m - it shows 11:00Am.

Can some one help!!!
