Popup blockers in Unified Service Desk

Hi, 

I've been customizing my unified service desk to open cases in a new tab from a list. However, whenever I click a record within USD a popup blocker appears. It asks me to add *.crm.dynamics.com into my trusted sites. 

But I've already added my organiziation in my trusted sites in my IE and I even unchecked the "Block Popups" option as well! Is there anything I'm missing?
