Row count from CRM view or advanced find not shown on bottom left corner for more than 5k rows

Hi All,

We upgraded to CRM 2016 after that we can't see row count from CRM view or advanced field on bottom left corner. 

It only shows the count for less than 5000 and for more it always shows 5000+.

can anyone help as this is important for my system.
