Staffing requirements to support 200 users (100 customer service, 100 sales and marketing)

Hi,

I am putting together a budget and needed to know if any others could share their support staff model.  My user base consists of 200 users (100 customer service and 100 sales and marketing).

Ideally I'm looking for 'comps' (IE Company X has Y users and Z support staff).
