Publish Error in Ribbon Workbench

I am trying to add/hide a button on Entity Main form using Ribbon Workbench but getting below error when I Publish the changes.

Your solution could not be imported.
Reasons:
1:Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.DependencyBase' with unique index 'ndx_UniqueDependencyNodes'. The duplicate key value is (3b36b9b8-0426-4132-9bf4-fc3c21b30d50, c68e444c-411d-4c25-9992-10f996a8631e).
The statement has been terminated.

Can anybody guide me on this?
