In the web version of CRM you are able to navigate to 'Activities', select 'My Activities' view and select 'Due Today' and it shows all open activities that are due on or before today.
When you use the Outlook client, you are only able to select 'My Activities'. You don't get the option to see those still open where they were due on or before today. I tried creating a custom view but there is no way to create the query that says on or before (and enter system date). You have to modify it each day with the literal date.
Even with the other selection criteria for 'next week' and 'this week' ,etc. it is not displaying anything that is still open from a previous time period.
Any thoughts on how I can create this for my users?
