Has anyone has any success in creating a self service customer portal that links to CRM?
We currently have a system where we give users out a web page E.G (support.selfservice.co.uk/customer1) (support.selfservice.co.uk/customer2) it automatically logins as that customer and they simply have to put in name and fault. Security isn't an issue as its not a public site. We want a similar system but for all jobs to be responded to by our engineers using Dynamics CRM.
Anyone know if this is possible?
