CRM Roadmap/Release Schedule question

My org is new to CRM and have recently implemented a system with some complex interdependence.  I am trying to understand the release schedule for dynamics crm so that we dont get any conflicts between major internal releases and dynamics platform changes.

Does Microsoft publish any dates or a rough release schedules particularity for online?  While the crmroadmap.dynamics.com site is very useful it dose not give me enough detail for us to plan our upgrade path over the coming year.
