Error during Look Up Records

Hi all,

Today for our CRM 2011 online, we noticed when we try to search contacts or accounts or any look up record, we got an error with: "An error has occurred,. contact...".

Anybody can suggest? Whom I should contact? I even could not find the support link or email from Microsoft CRM Dynamics.
