Product Name on a report

Hi all 

I need Product Name as we have on Order form as shown

in my report which I make through report wizard. I need this field because it shows all three() types of products in one field or column 

But when I go to the report wizard as shown 

Select report

select report properties

select records to include in the report

When I click here to add a column

I am not able to find product name 

What can I do to solve my problem?
