Hi,
I have been editing the case form and publish it once a while to see the outcome. It was working as expected. Suddenly I can't open active cases nor create new cases. It give me a very generic answer. However, I can open closed cases, but it loads it in the classic UI.
I have also tried it with Outlook, which gave me the same result. Opening the closed case however, gave me a different error message regarding:
Unable to get property 'get_helpButtonAnchorElement'
