E Mail through outlook and display in CRM sub grid

Hi,

I have a requirement which wants the mail to be sent through outlook and tracked in MS CRM. Outlook client is installed and we have the mail which is tracked in MS CRM. However, We do not want the user to send mail through CRM and need the options in the ribbon to be "Deleted". One of the possible options could be using "ribbon Work bench " to hide the fields. Any other inputs.As views.
