Import data for demo version

Hello.  I am running Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online demo version and would like to import data from my MS CRM V3.0 database.  The import facility ask me to point to a .xml, .csv, etc but nothing about an existing CRM database.  Is it possible to do this?
