Hi All,
I have few security message in CRM 2011, "Access Is Denied", is it possible to either not get that message or change the content there:
Process Scenario: All my CRM user have global Create rights & parent-child business unit View right in case entity i.e. any given user can create records across the organization, but can only view those records where either they are assigned or there reportees are assigned to.
The functionality is working as was required. The only issue is when my user creates the record and assign it to any other department of their organization, then they are shown the security message (please find the attached snapshot).
Is it possible to:
1. Over ride this message.
(or)
2. Change the message content, say something like 'The records is created & this is the 'ticket no', but you do not have enough rights to view the records'.
Please provide your valuable suggestion/responses.
