Hello all,
I need to create a custom activity that shows up as a task in Outlook for the owning user. I'm trying to give my users an easy way to make sales literature mailing requests for their contacts. I'll have an option set in the form for the type of sales literature (probably in the subject line). Is this the best way to accomplish this? If so, how can I get the activity to show up in Outlook as a task? Thanks for your help!
