Import Failure on "Dependencies Calculation"

We are failing on importing a Solution and are getting the error on Dependencies Calculation.

The error log shows this message on a workflow which creates an autonumbberng request using ADX Studio.  This has never failed before and has been in place for some time.

HELP!

Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.DependencyBase' with unique index 'ndx_UniqueDependencyNodes'.
