Hi all,
We are running SharePoint 2010 and CRM 2011 in our environment. When an upgrade (UR13) was performed some time back, a problem occurred where in the Web UI of CRM where we cannot access any of the documents through the UI or the CRM for Outlook. When clicking on the documents link, an error windows appears saying "Undefined"
After much reading on the forums, I discovered that the crmlistcomponent.wsp was not loaded anymore. I downloaded the latest listcomponent.wsp and followed instructions carefully to get it loaded again. The whole process was seamless until the last part where it performs the "Document Library Creation"... The process has now been running for about 21+hours and if I click Back or Cancel it asks whether I want to cancel the process. Our environment is not that large and I can't imagine that it would have taken more than 30mins to complete.
Obviously I'm a little wary of cancelling the complete process in case something breaks.
Anybody have any ideas? Unfortunately I cannot attached screen shots here but you can see them with this link as I also posted this earlier in the SharePoint support site.
