Our users require their Microsoft Account to have System Administration permissions to be able to carry out their work, however, this means their CRM permissions is set up with System Administration permissions and we cannot delete this permission from CRM. We are trying to limit their access so they cannot see certain items, such as company financials. Is there anyway of setting up Users within CRM so their Microsoft ID has System Administration, but their permissions within CRM online are able to be set as a user only.
Currently, the System Administration user profile over rides any other user id we set our employees under.
