Contacts Creating Multiple Times -Duplicate Detection Rules

Hi 

I have set of duplicate detection applied to the contacts, so when I want to save an new contact same as an existing contacts  an duplicate detection popups and with detected records in the lower grid, when I save the contacts by clicking 'save anyway' three new contacts are being created.

Any suggestions!!
