In reference to the December 2012 update, when I sign in as Administrator, I can see the Sales and Service Business Processes at the top of the form. When I sign in as another user, I cannot. I am certain it has to do with a specific setting in the Seturity Role but I cannot find which item should be selected. Does someone know which setting needs to be selected in the security role so that the user can see the Sales and Service Business Processes section at the top of the new forms?
I am using CRM 2011 hosted (includes the December 2012 update).
