I have an on-demand workflow which runs on Appointments at creation so that under certain conditions, the Required Attendee field will be cleared to prevent meeting invites going out. I just discovered that this workflow doesn't kick off when the user is creating a recurring appointment. I tried to create a similar workflow under the recurring appointment entity, but then I add a step to update the record, I can only choose from updating related records, not the appointment record itself.
Is there a way around this?
