Hi guys.
We have a problem.
We're using Dymanics CRM 2011 online over a service supplier.
All our clients are using Outlook Client.
When I try to setup the organization with the latest Outlook Client for one user, it gives error. But when I try to activate the organization with my user on the same computer, it does not give error and the organization is activated successfully.
The user having the problem can connect to the CRM server from Internet Explorer without problem.
The system is Windows 8 64bit, Office 2013.
But there is another user having the same configuration and can use Outlook Plug-in.
Where should I look at?
