Synching CRM 4.0 contacts with your phone without using outlook

Hi Team!

I have been browsing the web for quite some time now, trying to find out if you can synchorinize your CRM 4.0 contacts dynamically with your phone without using outlook. The problem is that I have quite some contacts in outlook that I do not want to include on my phone. I would like to have a shared contact book for all employees that will be dynamically updated whenever we add a new contact. Is this possible?

I know that there exists a huge varity of third party apps for CRM 4.0, but as there seem to be so many, deciding one to use can seem confusing and I would like to avoid that if possible.

Any ideas on this topic?
