I have a user that is on all the latest roll-ups (on prem 2011) and is trying to go offline. They have the appropriate security roles from what i can tell; entities are enabled for offline but when they click 'go offline' in the outlook client they get a 'you do not have permission to access these records' error. I know it's security related because when I gave the user 'admin' rights, everything worked like a dream. Is there anything, apart from 'go offline' under misc privs that a user has to have in order to take records offline?
