Business Process Flow not displayed on Qualified Leads

Team,

In my system, when someone 'Qualify' a Lead from main-grid and visit to Opportunity to view the record, the Business Process Flow not being displayed. 

I've checked the processes and they are all activated.

Can anyone tell me why would the Flow not appear?
