We are testing Dynamics CRM version 5.0.9690.3557 for 32-bit Office 2010 on 64-bit Windows Server 2008 R2.
When opening Outlook and checking the add-ins we have 2 entries for Microsoft Dynamics CRM COM add-ins. Both point at the same dll but only one is ticked and we have no CRM option in the ribbon.
The user can opt to enable the second add-in to view CRM in the ribbon but we are using registry key modifications (LoadBehavior set to 3 on CRMAddin.RibbonAddIn) in GPOs to govern access to CRM as we publish apps via Citrix, so we want to be able to automate it as much as possible.
The add-in option that remains unticked is described as 'multi-lingual' - is there another registry entry required to enable this?
