Were changes made to ExportSolutionRequest, possibly with 2016 SP1?

We have code that uses the ExportSolutionRequest and ExportSolutionResponse to export from a managed solution. It looks like there has been a change to what is exported for CRM 2016 with a managed solution (versus prior versions of CRM). Not sure if change is related to SP1 or possibly was in prior releases of 2016 too. Can someone confirm there has been a change or not? If there has been a change, do we just need to set additional properties, etc., or is it no longer possible to export the same information now? Thanks!
