Where is security tile under settings in MS Dynamics online 365 Crm

I have created a new user in Office 365 admin area , without any admin privileges, then I have created a security role in CRM 

Now I am trying to add this new role to my new user, but when I am going to Settings and try to find security under it. its not there.

Where is it? has it been moved to any other section or the way of assigning security roles changed?
