We moved to Dynamics CRM about two months ago, we therefore have our historical data brought over into Dynamics. If we view the activities in the navigation pane, we have everything dating back to 2009 in date order, however, at the top before this data are a list of activities that have taken place with the contact/client but with no date; it has become apparent that this is the information which has been added since we have had Dynamics i.e an email, or edit note on the contact. - Any reason why no date would be appearing?
