Email Router Stopped Working

I have an email router setup which has been handling the flow for the last year or so. I has now stopped working an I can't figure out how to resolve it. The router has the latest roll up - 14. The trouble seems to be the CRM (Online) is on the old Windows Live tenant. I have other CRMs which are on the O365 tenant and they are fine in the router. I am getting the error when clicking Load Data on the Users, Queues, and Forward Mailboxes tab: "The email router configuration manager was unable to retrieve... etc. Verify the URL is correct and the credentials are correct then click Load Data again. (LogonIdentityExWithUI())" I have tried several versions of the URL, it always was dev.crm4.dynamics.com/OrgName - where OrgName is a guid. I have tried all permutations of disco.crm4... and changing the OrgName to the friendly version as in the O365 CRM instances.
