Is there anyway in which CRM can be set, so that if there is an amendment made to a certain entity, or a newly created record, then the system will send am email alert to the users selected via email?
Basically I have created an area named 'Meeting Reports'. When a Meeting Report is added from a member of a certain business unit, it would be great for the system to be able to notify the people in this business unit that a meeting report has been added. Is there any add on platform which accomodates for this action, please?
